Term 6

Welcome back to term 6, we hope you all had a fantastic half term making lots of new memories. Please remember to share these with us on Tapestry, we love celebrating your children's achievements!

This term we will be looking at all we have achieved, constructing in 3D, problem solving and preparing for transition. We will be exploring all the exciting things we will be doing in school to help us feel confident when we move up. 

In phonics we will be exploring initial sounds and will be focussing on a new sound each week. In maths we will be problem solving with numbers to 5, discussing and exploring 3D shape in play, talking about routines and using ordinal numbers. We will be playing lots of games to develop our social skills and turn taking as well as developing our subitising skills.
