Week 17 - 13.07.20 Your Final Week in Year 5!

Hi Year 5!

 

Here we are at our final week together in Year 5. Although this hasn't been the year we were all expecting, I am proud of all of you and everything you have achieved. It feels like FOREVER since I have seen some of you but I can't wait to welcome you all back in September along with your Year 6 teacher (keep your eyes peeled for a special announcement this week!).

 

Until then, I hope you all enjoy your final week in Year 5 and have a fab summer holiday!

In school this week we will be focussing on transitioning to Year 6 so I thought it would be nice for you to share the experience at home. Please work your way through the activities to reflect on your time in Year 5 and help your new teacher get to know you a little better before September.
