Easter Holidays

It’s the Easter holidays! Although you have been at home for a couple of weeks now and it may not feel like it, you now have some time off from the daily English, Maths and Curriculum lessons. I will of course be giving you some spellings to learn though! Instead over the next two weeks I will be setting you and the people you live with some challenges to see how many of them you can complete! Make sure you take lots of photos as I want to hear and see all about it!! Remember though, this is your holiday so make sure you enjoy what you are doing. There is also a playground project where you could win £10,000 towards a new playground – what a legacy you would leave behind!

I will also be joining in on completing as many of these challenges as possible and will keep you updated with how I am getting on!

If you would like to do some more learning then of course, please do! There are still lots of links on the main year 6 class page, you also have the papers I sent home with you and don’t forget to do some times table practice, remember I can see when you last logged on!

It certainly has felt strange not seeing you all over the last few weeks, I’m definitely missing having you all in the classroom and I can’t wait to see you all again soon!! I hope you all enjoy your Easter holidays and stay safe!

This years theme is

We want an internet where we’re free to…

What are we looking for?

We are looking for films or storyboards that tell us why you want an internet that allows people to feel free and safe online and how we can make this happen. Once again we’re on the look-out for films with a positive and clear message about the ways we can use of the internet.
